I am reporting someone else's trash everywhere not my own I wouldn't leave my trash everywhere so look into this problem

So I call that number to report all the issues the city keeps over looking and do nothing about? Because there are so many things that are out of codes in the west end and apparently they are over looked not sure what calling would do. It is horrible how down hill this area has gone. It's no wonder Coatesville gets a bad rap all of the time city codes are a joke they do nothing to fix anything
