Description

Our alley is broken and uneven from decades of partial repairs. There are cracks uneven drops where water freezes in winter making it dangerous to walk. The alley is made up of brick, asphalt, and concrete and no one section is in decent condition. The concrete is growing weeds between the cracks that are eroding paved sections into sand and dirt.
