Description
This light has been out for about a month now. The U.I. Co was working on the pole and the next day the light was not working. We have been calling the phone everyday and no one picks up just a recording. Then the mayors office and another dept. were called and still no response. It is dark in the area where the light is out.We need to get this light fixed after a month of being out.

Providing a pole number and/or a more precise location is important. Once your issue is submitted, the Transportation, Traffic and Parking Department will acknowledge the issue and create a maintenance/repair work order.
