Exit Side Pole Knocked Off, AGAIN... It was just put up?!?! What is going on? Is the association fining these people? Are the cameras working? This is so annoying! If they are in fact fining them that fine needs to be increased several times over. I will bet there will not be any repeat offenders.... That would be a start!
