Description

For the second time in a row the garbage truck left a trail of very smelly liquid debris. It is particularly bad in the alley corner behind our house. We live at 946 Ileagnes. I tried to wash it away with my garden hose but that didn't work. Last week the garbage wasn't even picked up. The week before that our neighbor made a complaint about this same issue. What can be done? Perhaps a street washer should follow the garbage trucks to clean up after them.
