This building had it's graffiti recently painted over. Now there is more. The owners need to install fencing or something to stop access to this upper wall area, or this will continue. This building is the warehouse for the Oakland Museum and as such should be kept graffiti free. The graffiti is on the back of the building, which is very visible from High Street.
