It has been about 60 days since eTRAKit has not been working. If eTRAKit does not work then the public cannot follow the code violations reported here.If the Violation section of eTRAKit has been permanently turned off just say so here in this public forum.If you don`t have the money to pay IT to fix it then just say so.It is very hard to believe that it is taking this long for IT to repair.The public should not have to call or e mail code enforcement to check on when,if and what actions are being taken after being reported to them.And now if a Verified Official would please reply...Thank You

In regards to eTRAKiT, the software is currently working, but unfortunately the residents of Vallejo need to have the actual case number, or they can contact or come to our office if they need information about a specific case. Thank you!

Yes it is unfortunate the the rules were changed from entering a address to needing a case #..So will you be able to provide the case # here on See Click Fix after a possible violation has been inspected ? If you can do this it would be helpful so the public can follow the issue reported without having to call or come into your office ..Thank you Anthony
