euphoria 69 sports bar has operated since november 2011 with a certificate of occupancy that only allows 40 people. any friday, saturday and sunday they pack 70 to 100 people in the place. the loud music, rowdy patrons is terrible. neighbors have called everyone. nothing done. they have open violations with the dob and ecb and still allow to operate. help!
