Description

Dumpster full of trash on property more than a month and needs dumping. Flies and rats have been seen in dumpster

Code Compliance sent the property owner a letter on August 21st for trash. The owner has seven days to comply. Code Compliance will reinspect after seven days and if not taken care they will have their contractor come in and clean up the site. I have asked Code to check out the dumpster as well.

It is September 18, 2015 and the dumpster is still on the property. It is full of trash and rats have been seen going in and out of the dumpster. When will the owner get it removed or dumped of its debris.
