Geez, in this heat, it's going to get pretty smelly. I hope Sanitation makes this a priority!

After looking at the photo more closely, it appears that the bags contain clothing and rubbish instead
of food garbage. Maybe someone should complain to NHPD so they can issue a summons to the
homeowner.

I suspect these bags are related to the SWAT raid on this house last Thursday. Maybe the landlord has already evicted the problematic tenants? If not, I urge him to do so.
