Description

The pedestrian cross walk signal is only 17 seconds to cross the busy road. We're lucky to reach the middle in 15 seconds if drivers actually yield to pedestrians (which they usually don't). So 17 seconds is not enough. I've seen many times pedestrians almost getting hit by MD & DC drivers trying to make that turn onto PA Ave from 2nd Street. You need a traffic guard there or to make that signal longer
