Fix in progress. Garbage corral under construction.

A brand new garbage corral has been constructed and the area looks significantly better. Many thanks to New Rochelle City Manager Chuck Strome and Janice Carroll, the City of New Rochelle problem coordinator, for their work in getting this eyesore fixed. I also want to thank the property owner for addressing this issue and making an investment that improves the perception of this neighborhood. See attached photo for before and after view of the area.
