This property has been posted per ordinance section 313-51.1. Please make note that due to numerous complaints we schedule properties accordingly once the five days has passed.

Does this mean that the owners have 5 days from ( ?) when to fix the problem? I just drove past and the side walk is still blocked by the branches and so it the ability to see the sidewalk and street for vehicles, people or bikes coming from the right if you want to turn off of Delaware Terrace.

The bushes have NOT been touched so I am confused.

Property owners get five days to address any violations from the day DGS inspects and posts the property. After these five days, DGS puts it on a schedule to clean and bill the property owner.
