Description

Every morning the drug dealer meet a group of Hispanic teenagers at the front of the park. Mostly Hispanic males and a few girls. They do drugs and drink before heading up the street to Thurgood Marshall. They also leave the school to meet the dealer at the park. THURGOOD IS THIS THE TYPE OF STUDENT BODY YOU HAVE. Some needs to get control of this situation. The park is visited by many elderly people in the morning and kids during the afternoon. We all deserve a nice space... not just the drug dealer and the dopers from Thurgood Marshall.
