There a guy who drives a blue Camaro. He lives at corner of Price and Essex. the Camaro is extremely loud and on a daily basis he revs up the engine making very loud noises, often times past midnight. He then speeds down the streets of narberth which often times sets off car alarms of cars parked on the street because the car is so loud. Everyone in the area has undoubtedly been woken up by him at some point. This is a nuisance to everyone. What is the best way to deal with this? I can't believe the police haven't gotten involved with him yet. On a side note, I frequently see beer cans falling out of his Camaro. He is a nuisance and a danger to our community.
