He was already given a 30 day notice from you almost 2 and a half months ago and no one has been back to make sure that he was doing it so why has it been put off I'm sure you can check the address
Per a recent article in the Repository, all complaints are filed by address. It would be interesting to see this file and see if all complaints have actually been registered and dealt with accordingly. A public records request is allowed by law, and required by law is a prompt response.
The point is the landlord was told to clean up his yard and to cut down the tree and cut his grass and to fix his property and I was there he started cutting the tree and some grass and a few weeks later never finished it because code or building department never came back to inspect it so now that it's been a few months of people not doing their job it's a civil matter that is funny I sure hope no one gets hurt when that tree falls through or on someone omg you people are so great
Sidewalks are the responsibility of Code to inspect and send a letter of repair to the slum lord. There is a law in the city that needs to be followed.
Hmm.. Is it? Because you stopped in front of the wrong house. If you back up and EXIT THE VEHICLE you will be able to SUBMIT A LETTER TO THE LANDLORD to fix his sidewalk. You may even get to speak with the current tenants who may tell you the furnace has not worked since summer. You may actually get to do a quick visual inspection of the property if you STOP IN FRONT OF RIGHT HOUSE instead of drive by and have to be stopped by the President of the neighborhood association and pointed to the correct address.

How about you get out of your car and knock on my door would you like my address ... or you can email me and I can stand out side and wave you down and point out the right house
