Hole appears to be small, but entire grate is cracked and may colapse if driven over.

Update: It's been nearly 6 months since this issue was acknowledged. The only response to date has been to place a small piece of plywood with a traffic cone on top. Today, 2/16/16, neither are there. This storm drain is in a very high foot-traffic area at 16th and San Pablo at the cross walk near the loading dock of 250 Frank H Ogawa Plaza.
