Staff went out and looked into this. It is not graffiti but locate marks for underground utilities.

I'm familiar with locate marks and I see that those are there in narrow blue lines. However, these are thick straight white paint marks, perpendicular to the curb, spaced evenly along half the block.

Thanks for sending this back again. As we stated staff went out and determined that the lines were not graffiti. We will try to determine what is happening on this street.

Thank you. I realize it's clearly not gang signs so maybe this category doesn't match perfectly, but it appears as if someone took it upon themselves to paint parking spaces in front of their 3 properties.

I live across the street and I wouldn't be surprised if the owner of those three houses painted those parking lines. He has asked us several times to move our cars so his tenants could park in front of the homes they rent. It's public parking.
