Description

The empty lot next door to me has a large number of old tires that have been dumped on the lot for some reason. They are holding rancid water and breeding Mosquitos, which are tormenting myself and my cat, who's wellbeing has been compromised by this issue. I am hoping that this request results in the removal of these tires, as well as the other piles of trash, tarps, and the remains of what used to be a mobile rv trailer that was burned down months ago.
