This house is rented out to a guy who runs a brick paver company right out of his garage and front lawn.garbage and tools everywhere.he likes to pick up crap on the front side of house and he sits in garage all day staring at it. I wonder if new landlord/owner knows about this guy. He is ruining the block very quickly.time for code enforcement to site owner
