Description

small, used(?), uncapped syringe/needle on sidewalk at corner of MLK and Arno NE. Needle is on south sidewalk of MLK just east of Arno NE next to light pole (the one with the school crossing ahead sign). It is mixed in with the weeds that are encroaching on the sidewalk, but was plainly visible this morning
