The sign is on the boulevard which is owned and maintained by the building's association. There is no right of way obstruction

Can you please be more specific where this is located so that I can be sure that this is not a public right of way? I'm looking at 490 N Temperance St on our map, but there is no building located there?

Apologies....I have found where I believe the picture of the sign is located! It does appear that this boulevard is part of the City's Right of Way. I will have an Inspector go out and take a look. Thank you.
