Can you please be more specific where this is located so that I can be sure that this is not a public right of way? I'm looking at 490 N Temperance St on our map, but there is no building located there?

Apologies....I have found where I believe the picture of the sign is located! It does appear that this boulevard is part of the City's Right of Way. I will have an Inspector go out and take a look. Thank you.
