Mr. Eichner, we presently have Harvest Lane scheduled for milling and paving next year. Should that plan move forward, we believe that the heaving issue of the street and the adjacent driveway apron can be resolved at the same time, resulting is a better quality product for both. If you agree, we will close out this issue with the understanding that the existing problem on the street and driveway apron would be dealt with when the larger project is carried out.

That is great news. I have been attempting to find the towns paving schedule for next year, but had only found this year's. I will start making arrangements with a paving company to do my driveway next year when you are done with the road work.

Sounds like a good plan. In the mean time, we will close this issue, with the understanding that we will address it when the street and milled and paved.
