Description

Not sure of the exact house number due to the lack of it being on the house but it is located between 1119 Westmoreland Ave and 1127 Westmoreland Ave. House is green in color with lots of items in driveway. It appears to be a collection of random items and some trash possibly. It had been decreasing in size but lately it has grown in size again. It almost appears to be a hoarding situation. My concern is it spilling out even further plus is a bit of an eye sore in the neighborhood. I know it has been like this for at least a year now. ***Please note it is NOT 1119 or 1127 Westmoreland but the house in between the two, it literally has no house number on the house so I used those two as reference to its location.
