Huntsville Utilities has notified all pole attachment owners to transfer their utilities. We use a notification system that allows each owner 30 days to respond to the issue, and is in our contract with them. We recently had a meeting with the CATV owners and all agreed to use this notification system. Once the transfers are complete, Huntsville Utilities will pull the deteriorated pole.
