From Cedar to Lyons sidewalks have heaved many inches and tree roots lifting.There is a blind person & many small children on bicycles traveling in this area. City won't address because they would have to remove trees.

The City has put black top on the sidewalk making a large hum in front of t562 E. Greenlawn now the tree is dropping very large pods on the lawn and is making a 70 year old responsible for cleaning them up . Next door there are 2 cars parked at 566 E.Greenlawn with no plates on them plus the yard hasn't been cut in months and months the house is being trashed.
