somebody had a party near the water on north end of Dover Beach park . . . trash bin is over flowing and there are piles of trash pushed up against it, boxes, plates, bottles, food and other garbage is strewn all around PLEASE PICK UP BEFORE IT ALL BLOWS IN THE RIVER!
