This is not a sewer pipe open. It appears to be a water main open. We will forward to Public Utilities.

Thanks for opening this back up. This is a clean out that belongs to a private property owner. We have contacted the owner to make the repair.

Correct. This is the responsibility of the private property owner to fix. Staff have been out and given the owner a notice to fix. This is also a private road that the city does not maintain. Please stay tuned and we will follow up once we have information.
