If vendors are responsible for removing trash then the park staff need to be there on the weekend to issue tickets to the vendors that are not doing so or at least talk to them. The park is always full of trash and the food truck is always there on the same day on Saturdays and/or Sundays. I'm not sure why it's such an issue to make sure our parks are kept clean.

Regarding your city code, who should enforce this? Because as I said in my previous comment, this isn't being enforced, the food truck does not provide or enforce the use of a trash can.
