The City has not typically treated bee and hornet nests in City trees unless the nest is in a location where it could present an issue for pedestrians on a sidewalk or in a city park near play equipment. We have inspected this bee nest and it is a limb over the roadway and does not present a problem for people on the sidewalk.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention we have inspected the bee's nest we have found it not be in a location that is not immediately adjacent to a sidewalk or play equipment in the park, as such we will leave this bee's nest alone.
