There are 2 steel posts in this tree well left over from signage to direct I-95 traffic to the best route to I-95 North (Noth, as they had it). There were two signs at Orange and Trumbull Streets until the winter storms this past winter. One now is stuck over at the northwest corner of the intersection. The one from these posts was pushed around for days by snow plows and eventually disintegrated. Since the posting of signs here has not occurred here for months, shouldn't these fence posts be taken away?
