THE BLDG. OWNER HAS ALLOWED THE OUTSIDE AREA OF THIS PROPERTY TO FESTER WITH OVERGROWN WEEDS AND BUSHES THE LAWN IS @ A FT. TALL AND THE AREA OF THE FENCE IS OVER 3 FT. TALL!! THE STEPS LEADING INTO THE HOUSE ARE ALMOST COMPLETELY COVERED WITH WEEDS!!!! THIS HOUSE HAS CODE VIOLATIONS ON RECORD THAT HAVE NOT BEEN FOLLOWED UP ON BY LCI!!!
