Suspected unlawful hazardous waste generator. This is a major commercial spray painting operation in a completely residential neighborhood, and just a stone's throw from an elementary school. The scofflaws weld metal and use big spray guns powered by air compressors in the open air and without vacuum hoods and particulate filters as I believe would be required. I have video and photographic evidence of these environmental crimes and will testify against any properly indicted defendants in an open court of law if needed.
