That method is proven not to be effective. Owners do not always occupy the homes. Occupant nor owner phone numbers are not taken into the property tax record. Even still, some owners and/or occupants refuse to grant inspectors access. They have every right to deny access. We need to contact residents by phone to arrange inspections. We will be happy to arrange inspections if valid contact information is provided.

I cannot believe this. There are SEVERAL GREAT SEARCH ENGINES WHICH WILL PROVIDE CONTACT INFORMATION..USUALLY EVEN WHITE PAGES MAY PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION. I PERSONALLY HAVE RESEARCHED THOUSANDS.. MANY THOUSANDS OVER THE YEARS. SUBSCRIBE TO INTELIUS, OR BEEN VARIFIED AND THEN YOU THE RESPONSE CENTER CAN GET BUSY.... NO WONDER...NO ONE THINKS ANYMORE..... IT IS SO SAD...VERY SAD.
