The 4800 block of Lawndale is a permit parking zone yet most of the cars do not carry permits and there are never tickets given. Some neighbors follow the law and have purchased the permits for personal and guest use however each day most of the cars are without permits. Can the alderman's office or local police review the situation. Thank you.
