Cafe Flore is turning into a homeless encampment at night. Multiple homeless set up here every evening with sleeping bags, tents, bikes. They block sidewalks and doorways, and leave behind large amounts of garbage and human waste. This has been an ongoing problem for a very very very long time, specifically on the NOE ST side
