The neighborhood does not want the traffic light flashing. Instead they want it to work like a regular traffic light so people can take left turn if needed. That is what we tax payers are pay for the lights to do. Have the kids use the Pedestrian crossing lights, that is what they were put in for. Then they can cross in the crosswalk like they are supposed to.
