Description

I have reported this issue before on 7-19-15. The house at 161 Rhode Island Ave NE, has rats continuously running through it, due to the fact that there is so much junk piled up in it. Also, their trash can has no top on it, and one evening my friend and I saw at least 3 rats jumping around inside of it. Just tonight, when my friend came in my back door, he informed me that rats were running in and out of their yard. I looked for myself, sure enough, rats were all over the place. Seriously, something needs to be done about this problem. There is so much junk in their yard, that the rats have lots of places to hide. I do not want to even sit outside anymore.
