Description

Across the street from this address is a DPW trashcan in the community parking lot which is over filled with garbage that hasn't been picked up in quite a while. It smells horrible and there are flies & bugs around it. Shouldn't this be emptied every garbage pickup day? Please tell workers to check it during their trash runs. Thank you.
