UPDATE: Pinellas County Utilities - the sanitary service for this property is broken and has been scheduled to be repaired. There will be a delay on this repair as there is a large palm tree over the service that will need to be removed in order to repair the line. This could take some time. Additionally, the property owner at this address had been filling in the hole on a regular basis with dirt that just kept disappearing. That dirt has now sloughed into the service and the sanitary main line. The service and the main will need to be cleaned as well.

Thanks for the update and the response to the issue. Sounds like the resident was lucky the line did not back up from all the dirt.
