SLEEPING IN THE CHATHAM SQUARE PARK OVERNIGHT ,
This has been going on SINCE July 30, 2015.

Resident owners have been calling police,& these people keep returning.

These oeople are also URINATING & DEFICATING, in flowers beds in park & peeing on the trees & this behavior is visible from inside residances& being done in front of others & children in neighborhood.

I often bring my grandchildren to play in this park. My wife bring her daycare children here to do the same. These squatters must go!!

Cocktails are served upon awaking, & served on The Park Benches ALL DAY LONG! This is visible from inside residents homes here as well.

The LOITERING after dusk, in Chatham Square Center is still going on after curfew on ALL the benches, and througout the night parked around the entire park reguarlly on daily basis on Clinton Ave, Maltby, Grafton ST, & Chatham ST. & this is visible daily from the residents homes on all floor levels.

Better enforcement needs to be done.
