Grace Mary Outreach Ministries building has an unsecured opening underneath that homeless individuals are using. Full of garbage such as beer cans. Broken windows in building as well. This is a safety issue for the neighborhood. St Vincent's Shelter presence attracts homeless to the neighborhood and makes every vacant structure a target for squatters and vandalism.
