Description

Someone and/or something scattered a considerable amount gravel, (gray in color), each about the size of unshelled almonds for the local children to pick up and lob and/or deliberately throw at people of race not their own.

Please install "Don't Be A Litter Bug" signs in this area. The looks of the streets look like a third world country. For the children and adults alike take No Pride in were they live here. Would be nice if police could post signs to clear vehicles to enable street sweeper machines to clean for one day.

The loose gravel has been cleaned up; but the litter blowing loose from the local humans is still prevelant.
Please install old school signs stating, "Don't Be A Litter Bug".(with the caricature of the dirty Beetle and/or Lady Bug throwing refuse about).

Still an ongoing issue of loose empty containers, bottle caps, plastic bags, napkins and just general litter strewn about by the humans in the area. But not just the children are at fault for this.

Hispanic, possibly Puerto Rican limo drivers, (plural), stop the vehicles their operating to sweep out the refuse from the car out onto the street with complete disregard of anybody else. When there is a trash can, (approx. 33 gal.), chained to the corner of Ruscomb and N.Fairhill St..
