The alley behind 426 S Laurel St (where the alley connects to Spring St) has severe pot holes that make the alley impassable for cars. I attached a photo. In addition to the pot holes the entire surface has deteriorated to a dusty unhealthy 'air' hazard ... pick up trucks (from the high rise at the other end of the alley) speed down the alley every day raising clouds of dust. I also request the the alley be resurfaced (at least with gravel) in order to eliminate the air born health hazard. I also request that speed bumps be added to control the speed of vehicles on the alley.
