This Marcus Garvey elementary school is not in service at this time, and the grass and trees are out of control. I have seen many scavenger's around this school. I have a one year old granddaughter that can not play out side because of these different kind of animals around this area. There are also a lot of children on this block. The violation code has been exceed more than the normal limit.
