    This Marcus Garvey elementary school is not in service at this time, and the grass and trees are out of control. I have seen many scavenger's around this school. I have a one year old granddaughter that can not play out side because of these different kind of animals around this area. There are also a lot of children on this block. The violation code has been exceed more than the normal limit.

    Grass has grown up and over the play yard at the Marcus Garvey elementary school as well as the front entrance. The tree in the front of the school has almost grown out by the sidewalk.
