Lack of pavement in front of building causes water to build up for extended periods of time. It rained yesterday and water is still sitting. No drainage exists between parking, sidewalk, and street.

ARTICLE 1. - IN GENERAL
Sec. 54-1-1. - Declaration of nuisances.
The following conditions may be declared to be nuisances:

(1) Stagnant water on premises
