It is now 1:29am and Lilac Street Is alive with people from one particular house on Lilac Street blaring music from cars, drinking and throwing garbage on the roadway. The corner of Lilac and Butler Street has groups of adults, young adults laughing loudly and screaming... Would like to have the Police Monitor this area and send the speeders and loud people home at a decent hour and allow the working people to get some rest. This is a constant; nightly, issue and yet here seems to be no police presence at all. There is now a York towing vehicle that has stopped in the middle of the road and is now stopping to hang with his friends leaving his loud diesel tow truck running....
