Neighbours improperly disposing their trash - next to the trash can instead of IN the trash can. AND their children playing on my property, littering it. They spilled a whole can of paint on my car parking pad, where my guests park when visiting. I've witnessed the same people/children doing these things, their address is 3729 40th Street North, 33713. We are getting rats and other animals because of the trash dumping next to the trash can. The kids break glass on my property and I have to tell my guests not to park on my own car pad so their tires don't get punctured by broken glass. Also, because of the bus stop in front of my house at 3789 40th St. North, I've found broken bottles and other litter in my yard; it is being thrown over my 6' privacy fence into my yard. I stepped on a broken bottle and cut my foot open. This needs to stop, it's very dangerous!
